Meet Traveling Hearts Home Care
Traveling Hearts Home Care is a small home care company proudly owned and operated by a Registered Nurse. THHC offers private duty nursing services and caregivers specializing in senior care and chronic conditions. Founded by Stephanie a registered nurse, and her husband James, who recognized they share the same passion for helping others. Stephanie has a background in nursing leadership in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities and has always found enjoyment working with seniors. As a child, Stephanie was raised by her grandparents and found her love for nursing from her nana who worked for the VNA of Boston. Both Stephanie and James have been caregivers in their personal life for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and understand the importance of maintaining independence and dignity, and their goal is to enhance the quality of life for the clients they serve, so that your loved ones can remain in their home. ​​
